What is a StrataMax ID?
A StrataMax ID is an 8 digit number that is generally provided by your strata manager in their Welcome Letter. This number plus a check digit will make up your StrataPay Reference number, which is used when paying your levies.
A one time use password will generally be provided at the same time and is used to add a property to your StrataMax Portal Account.
How do I get my StrataMax ID?
If you have not received a Welcome Letter, contact your strata manager to request your StrataMax ID & password.
