Change Password

Your password can be changed by using the instructions below.

1. Log in to your StrataMax Portal Account.  https://www.stratamax.com.au/Portal/login.aspx 
2. Go to your account settings and select Change Password.
3. Enter your current password. Then enter your new password, at least 10 characters long including a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols and confirm the new password.
4. Click Update.

Password requirements

1. Must be a minimum of 10 characters.
2. Must contain at least one:  
   • Lower case letter
   • Upper case letter 
   • Number 
   • Symbol (not a letter or number)
3. Should not be the same as one or more of the user’s last five passwords.
4. Cannot have appeared in more than 100 password breaches as calculated

Forgotten Password
