What’s New for Owners
The Invoice Hub has been redesigned to make viewing and approving invoices easier and more flexible.
Key Features
- One Page for Everything: Approve Invoices, Invoice Summary, and Invoice History are now combined into one page called Invoice Hub.
- Responsive Design: Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile for a better experience.
- Easy Sorting & Filtering:
- Sort invoices by amount, date, or other details.
- Filter invoices by building or search by creditor, amount, or invoice number.
- Quick Actions:
- Select all invoices or just the ones you need.
- Approve selected invoices with one click.
- Clear Views:
- Mine – invoices waiting for your approval.
- Active – invoices still in the approval process.
- All – all invoices for the current and previous financial year.
